Exchange Policy

At FitFlairs, we are committed to providing the best quality at the best rates. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with a hassle-free exchange.

1. Exchange Timeline

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.
For damaged or incorrect items, please report the issue within 24–48 hours of receiving your parcel.

2. Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure:

The item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
All original tags and packaging are intact.
The item was not purchased during a "Clearance Sale" or "Final Sale" event (unless it is defective).

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following cannot be exchanged:

Items that have been altered or tailored.
Articles with scents, perfume, or visible wear marks.
Accessories (unless they arrived damaged).

4. How to Start an Exchange

Contact Us: Message us on email at fitflairs@gmail.com with your Order ID and photos of the product.
Pickup/Drop-off:
- In Lahore, we can often facilitate a faster exchange process.
- For Other Cities, customers are required to send the item back to our factory address via a traceable courier service at their own expense.
Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will ship your new replacement within 3–5 working days.

5. Refunds

Please Note: We do not offer cash refunds. We offer exchanges for other sizes or articles. In cases where an item is out of stock, a Store Credit (voucher) will be issued for your next purchase.

6. Delivery Charges

If we sent the wrong or damaged item, we will bear all shipping costs for the exchange.
If the exchange is due to a change of mind or size preference, the customer is responsible for the return and reshipping charges.
